Since I was 13 years of age, I've seen and been counseled by at least eight different people, each with their own specialty. My experience in all of these areas is astounding.

I am a survivor and I live each day within my own mental and physical parameters.

I've come to accept my limitations and disorders as a large part of who I am. This doesn't make me less of a person; instead it has given me an enormous amount of personal resources that I'm hoping to pass along to others who need support. I've learned to take the help that is offered and to be thankful that help is available.

My disorders and situations I've survived are definitely nothing to be ashamed of, and neither is yours - after all we are only human. And "yes", you can actually grow from the terrible challenge of surviving the experience and eventually feel a little bit better, and a little more confident in yourself.

I look forward to helping you with all of my personal experience and past situations that I've been through personally and have survived.

Sincerely,
A. Harding
